Terms and Conditions – Prepaid Cards for Amusement Park

General purchase terms and conditions of this Prepaid Card refers to contracts concluded between the limited liability company Universuss Community, registered in the company register with the number 44103144231, whose legal address Annas 2-19, Valmiera, Latvia and each individual who will purchase a Prepaid Card that provides access to Universuss Community parks and the benefits included according to the type of Prepaid Card, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below and in the description of each Prepaid Card as defined in the contract

1. Prepaid Card Description:

• The Prepaid Card grants the holder access to Amusement Park before and after its official opening, providing a range of exclusive discounts, bonuses, and the opportunity to receive annual profit interest.

2. Types of Prepaid Cards:

• There are three types of Prepaid Cards available: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each card type offers varying levels of benefits and privileges.

  Pay once and never again
  Free entrance for you
  Bring along two children
  Receive a 50% discount up to two entry cards per day
  10% discount in Park's shops and restaurants
  + % of annual profit
• Silver Card
  Pay once and never again
  Free entrance for you and one companion
  Bring along two children
  Receive a 50% discount up to six entry cards per day
  15% discount in park shops and restaurants
  + % of annual profit
• Gold Card
  Pay once and never again
  Free entrance for you and five companions
  Bring along four children
  Receive a 50% discount up to eight entry cards per day
  20% discount in park shops and restaurants
  + % of annual profit

3. Limited Availability:

• The Prepaid Cards are offered in a limited quantity. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the allocated quantity is sold out, no further cards will be available for purchase.

4. One-Time Fee:

• A one-time fee is charged for the purchase of the Prepaid Card.This fee covers all future visits to Amusement Park and is non- refundable.

5. Ownership and Transfer:

• The Prepaid Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser. It cannot be resold, shared, or transferred to another individual.

6. Annual Profit Interest:

• The cardholder is entitled to receive an annual profit interest based on the initial value of the Prepaid Card. This interest is calculated and disbursed annually.

7. Park Access and Benefits:

• The Prepaid Card grants the holder unlimited access to Amusement Park during regular operating hours. Cardholders are entitled to avail all specified discounts and bonuses.

8. Refund Policy:

• The Prepaid Card fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once purchased, the card cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Use of Personal Information:

• By purchasing a Prepaid Card, the cardholder agrees to provide accurate and complete information. Amusement Park will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

10. Force Majeure:

• Amusement Park shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Latvia, and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Latvian courts.
